Pregnancy & Postpartum Personal Training Sessions
Do you feel overwhelmed by the confusing information you find online about Pre & Postnatal Exercise? But actually you want to exercise to feel stronger and fitter? Perhaps your back aches during pregnancy? Or do you have specific postpartum symptoms like Diastasis Recti or poor pelvic floor health and don't know where to start? In an individual PT session we can address exactly your concerns.
Prior to our in-person session I will send a comprehensive questionnaire to get better knowledge about your current health and wellbeing as well as your goals.
I design each workout individually, depending on the information I gathered. We always start with a little consultation before jumping into the exercises.
