Pregnancy and motherhood are tough on our bodies - but we can do our best to limit aches and pains and to enhance our  energy with movement. 

What to Expect

Before your first session, you’ll complete a quick health + lifestyle questionnaire so I can understand your needs, challenges and goals.
Every session is built just for you - no generic workouts, no guesswork.

We start with a short consultation and then dive into a session focused on strength, mobility, posture and overall wellbeing. My goal is that you leave feeling empowered, supported and one step closer to your goals.

Single Session — 90€
6 Sessions — 510€ (85€ each)
10 Sessions — 800€ (80€ each)
