Holistic Nutrition Consultations
Individual 1:1 support to discuss all the topics around pregnancy and postpartum nutrition that are relevant to you.
Common concerns are healthy weight management, gestational diabetes, low energy or constipation.
We can also discuss optimal supplementation (pre & postnatal) or how to nourish yourself those first few weeks postpartum.
