I'll take you through a comprehensive consultation, see where you are at the moment and define what is realistic and how to get there. 

Holistic Nutrition Consultations

Individual 1:1 support to discuss all the topics around pregnancy and postpartum nutrition that are relevant to you. 

Common concerns are healthy weight management, gestational diabetes, low energy or constipation.

We can also discuss optimal supplementation (pre & postnatal) or how to nourish yourself those first few weeks postpartum.

To feel that we're not alone on this sometimes overwhelming journey can help our mental health tremendously. 

Not having the family/social support we all would need and deserve during this time is hard, but finding ways to connect to other Mamas is a step we can take ourselves.
