Postpartum Fitness Class (Babies Welcome!)

Feel strong, supported and connected to your body again - with your baby right by your side.

This class is designed for postpartum moms who want to rebuild strength safely, reconnect with their core, improve posture, ease stiffness and return to exercise with confidence.
It’s not a Rückbildungskurs - it builds on one and is ideal whether you’re newly postpartum or coming back to movement after a longer break.

Strength Training Intro (Small Group: Max 3 Women)

Learn to lift with confidence, build strength safely and feel powerful in your body - no experience needed.

This small group class is perfect for women who are new to strength training and want to start in a supportive and welcoming environment. With only three participants per class, you get plenty of guidance, hands-on coaching and the comfort of learning alongside women on the same journey.
