Postpartum Fitness Class (Babies Welcome!)

Feel strong, supported and connected to your body again - with your baby right by your side.

This class is designed for postpartum moms who want to rebuild strength safely, reconnect with their core, improve posture, ease stiffness and return to exercise with confidence.
It’s not a Rückbildungskurs - it builds on one and is ideal whether you’re newly postpartum or coming back to movement after a longer break.
