Postpartum Fitness Class (with babies)
Please note: Whilst we certainly focus on recovery and rebuilding deep core strength and support pelvic floor health - this is not a Rückbildungskurs. It rather builds up on one. It is also an ideal class for Mamas who have given birth a little while back and have not returned to exercise yet.
The focus of this class is to build strength and mobilize areas that got a bit stiff or built up tension during pregnancy or the early postpartum period.
The combination of Pilates, correct breathing and strength movements also helps to connect to your deep core muscles, which are the building blocks for any postpartum recovery journey.
Babies are welcome in this class.
