Signature 6-Week-Program

No matter if you are currently pregnant, gave birth a few weeks ago - or perhaps you're even 2 years postpartum. 

My Signature 6-Week-Program is designed to pick you up where you are at the moment. 

I defined 6 weeks as the perfect duration, because - let's be honest, commitment is hard during such an unpredictable time, but allowing yourself 6 weeks to make yourself and your health a priority will be impactful. 

The following details are the same for the Pregnancy as well as Postpartum version.

Duration:

6 weeks

You choose your start date individually. Ideally we work together for 6 consecutive weeks, but I allow to extend one extra week to reschedule 1 session. 

What's included:

6 x 60 minute Personal Training sessions

(1x per week - there is the option to enhance it to multiple times per week, but I discuss this on an individual basis) 

1 x 60 minute Holistic Nutrition Consultation 

1 x 30 minute Holistic Nutrition Follow-up (usually scheduled for the last week of our program)

Location:

Depending on your location, your goal, your availability and your individual circumstances (if you want to bring your baby - yes that's totally possible) we discuss which location is best suitable.
